New-StudentsWelcome to the CTS family. We are blessed to have you as a student.

First Course – You will want to immediately order your first course in your program, or sign up for a payment plan. The payment plans are designed for the new student. Most students pay by the course. Please note that we do not offer refunds. Some of our plans have a down payment involved, so make sure you are committed prior to signing up. The reason for this policy is that we are a low margin, 501(c)(3) tax exempt and we utilize funds as they come in for the purposes of operating the organization. By functioning in this fashion we are completely debt free, and you can rest assured that we will be able to continue with operations when other schools have gone by the wayside because of financial instability.

Transcripts – At your earliest convenience, have your previous schools send official transcripts to our office. You will be considered a conditional student until the registrar receives your transcripts.

Mentor – One of the first things you will want to do as a seminary school student is to make sure you are communicating with your mentor. You should receive an email from (s)he shortly after you have been accepted into your program. It is important that you keep your mentor’s email and address handy. Remember to send your course work to your mentor at their personal address, and not to the address of the seminary school.

Student Center – You will want to login to our ABHE-Solutions Student Center. There you will be able to see the details of your seminary program and check your current and past grades.

The Seminary Club – The Seminary Club is a place where you can find other students by searching on name, degree, local, etc. There is a forum as well where you can exchange ideas or ask questions of other students, alumni and friends of CTS. Occasionally, we will send out emails exclusively to Seminary Club members with discounts. The cost is minimal.

Online Bookstore – You will want to check out our Christianbook Group bookstore. There is something there for every student. There are books, of course, and software, magazines and materials for every seminarian. Students in CTS developed courses can find recommendations for reading for their courses within their particular program. These are cost effective materials and a small percentage of the costs are returned to CTS which helps with with keeping tuition costs low.
